Increasing national statistics concerning the frequency of child and adolecent antisocial behavior has lead to a research intrest in this area. This article examines the science of prevention, the classification and defitions of three distinct types of prevention , and stress the importance of further research in the prediction and prevention of youth antisocial behavior.
