This study examined that factors related to suicide attempts.  They found that several factors seem to cause the suicidal behavior in these women including borderline personality disorder, depression, and childhood abuse.

I appreciated the amount of background information given in this article.  All of the topics addressed were very clear and I had little trouble following the concepts the article was discussing.
