Open Aerobics Classes


Free aerobics classes are conducted for University students, staff, faculty, and alumni members. Check in the Recreation Office for schedule changes. The Spring 2008 schedule is as follows:

IF ANY STUDENT IS INTERESTED IN TEACHING AEROBICS/KICKBOXING/STEP CLASSES,
PLEASE INQUIRE IN THE REC OFFICE. 
 
THE SCHEDULE WILL BE UPDATED AS CLASSES ARE ADDED.

All classes are held in the aerobics room, lower level, Byron Complex.  Please show your Royal Card or membership card at the front door.
