Creating Dynamic Presentations (3 Hrs.)

This hands-on program covers the essentials of effectively presenting information to large and small groups of people.  Topics covered include dealing with anxiety, developing confidence, organizing ideas, and verbal and nonverbal delivery skills.    In addition key features of MS PowerPoint as a Presentation tool will be shown.

Successful Coaching: 30 Practical Rules (3 Hrs.)

Being a Successful Coach is easy when you have common sense guidelines to follow. This workshop gives you 30 Practical Rules to guide your coaching. These rules relate to purpose, delivery, traits, structure, communication, goal setting and feedback, problem solving, and setting priorities. You will leave this workshop with a booklet listing and describing the 30 Practical Rules for Being a Successful Coach and a better understanding of what it takes to profitably expand your coaching capacity. Expect lively discussion and experience sharing.

Customer Service: The Fundamentals (3 Hrs.)

Participants will identify and demonstrate the skills necessary to achieve excellence as a Customer Service Representative.   Workshop topics will include:   Defining Customer Service; Great Customer Service Strategies; Active Listening Techniques; An Action Plan for Good Service.

Performance Management (3 Hrs.)


This workshop offers another approach to performance management, a human-centered approach. There are Practical Rules which shape Human-Centered Performance Management. They are connection, direction, inspection, and reflection. These rules are qualitative and relate to the quality and character of human performance in the workplace by developing personal expression and recognizing talent. A booklet describing Practical Rules of Human-Centered Performance Management is included. Intense discussion and experience sharing is expected during this workshop

Time Management (3 Hrs.)

Time is always a key factor in productivity. The objective of this program is to provide the participants with methods and tools they can incorporate into their daily routine to significantly improve their effectiveness and efficiency as it relates to time management.  The program incorporates a group of exercises so that participants can assess their skills, identify areas to improve and understand how their decisions impact their use of time. Connecting - Reading and Knowing People (3 Hrs.)


You cannot build an effective working relationship with others if you lack human connection. Can you read the people you work with or the customers you interact with? Can you say you know—understand—the same people? These Practical Rules for Reading and Knowing People were collected from interviews with professional workplace coaches. What they know can help you. A booklet of Practical Rules for Connection is included. The workshop is an energetic open forum of experience sharing and discussion.
