Creating Dynamic Presentations (3 Hrs.) This hands-on program covers the essentials of effectively presenting information to large and small groups of people. Topics covered include dealing with anxiety, developing confidence, organizing ideas, and verbal and nonverbal delivery skills. Coaching: 30 Practical Rules (3 Hrs.) Call for Dates! Customer Service: The Fundamentals (3 Hrs.) Participants will identify and demonstrate the skills necessary to achieve excellence as a Customer Service Representative. Call for Dates! Time Management (3 Hrs.) Time is always a key factor in productivity. The objective of this program is to provide the participants with methods and tools they can incorporate into their daily routine to significantly improve their effectiveness and efficiency as it relates to time management. The program incorporates a group of exercises so that participants can assess their skills, identify areas to improve and understand how their decisions impact their use of time.
