Customized Computer Training

Our certified instructors can create results-oriented courses that train your employees how to take full advantage of the software they are using every day. Whether you need training for one or one hundred employees, CPTD can deliver high quality program options for your organization.

Customized Management and Supervisory Programs

We can develop and customize programs to meet your training and educational needs in an array of management and supervisory issues. We will work with your to enhance a current training initiative or create a stand-alone program.

You can choose to have us deliver programs at your company’s site or at The University of Scranton using our state-of-the-art computer labs and technology-rich meeting and conference rooms.

Training Assessment

The Center for Professional Training and Development is prepared to help you assess your training needs. Assessments are the first steps in designing a customized program. They are the tools used by businesses/organizations to determine their training needs.

High-Tech Computer Labs

The Center for Professional Training and Development maintains three state-of-the-art computer labs. The labs can accommodate 12 to 15 participants. Training in Previous Software Versions

The University of Scranton’s Center for Professional Training and Development can provide customized courses for area businesses and organizations in previous operating systems or software versions of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Project and SQL/Server.
