Disable autorun on USB flash devices

Some computer viruses are spread by the creation and execution of autorun.inf files on USB flash devices. To prevent being infected by compromised USB devices, please follow these instructions to disable the autorun feature.

• Click here to disable autorun.
• When prompted by the File Download - Security Warning window click Run.
• Click Yes when asked to confirm that you do want to add information to the registry.
• Click OK when you receive a message indicating the information has been successfully entered into the registry.
