As a Software Analyst I am responsible for providing faculty and staff with software support. My position also requires me to troubleshoot any problems that the end user may have. Although I am part-time, I can answer most questions the user may have.
This position also requires me to prepare new or recycled computers for the faculty and staff. This includes installing and updating software supported by the university.
