As a Software Support Analyst for Desktop and Instructional Resources, I am responsible for managing software installations and migrations for the campus desktop PCs and Macintoshes. This includes supervision of our Part-Time Software Analysts, scheduling repair appointments and making sure all problems are solved to the satisfaction of the end user and in compliance with the University standards.
We provide support to faculty, and staff whenever they purchase or upgrade their computer equipment and whenever they experience problems with their University-supported software.
