Scheduling a Videoconference

To Schedule a video conference contact:

Videoconferences will be scheduled in either MGH 110 (30 seats) or MGH 213 (22 seats) depending on room availability, priority, and equipment desired. ALL VIDEOCONFERENCE REQUESTS COME TO OIT. When a videoconference request comes to OIT, the following needs to be done:

The requester needs to provide OIT all pertinent information (ISDN numbers, contact person, voice number, test date and time, etc.) and he/she can be informed about all technical questions about videoconferencing and equipment use.

The Registrar's Office will provide the OIT with a complete schedule of the two videoconference rooms at least two weeks before each semester begins:

Other Considerations

Food and beverages are not permitted in the two videoconference rooms; however, if food service is desired, another room nearby should be reserved. The requester should contact catering directly to make arrangements.

The requester should also contact Public Safety to inquire about parking on campus.
