Sharon Hudacek, EdD, RN, CS

Experience Dr. Hudacek has an extensive practice background in the area of critical care and medical-surgical nursing. She teaches in the senior level of the undergraduate program and specializes in care of the renal and neurologically impaired patient. She also teaches Pharmacology to sophomores and juniors.

Research Dr. Hudacek's research has been in the area of lyme disease and the Femo Stop compression. She has a co-authored the book, Doctoral Education: The Voice of the Student. Her current research focuses in the memoirs and stories of nurses in clinical settings. She is author of the book, Making a Difference: Stories from the Point of Care, published by Sigma Theta Tau International.
