Academic Credit: This study/tour is an academic course. Students register for and earn six credits, three in Spanish and three in Political Science. The course is approved for academic credit in the Humanities and Social Sciences areas (or in the free area) of both the new and old general education curricula. University of Scranton tuition for these credits, at half price, is additional. All academic requirements, including completion of assignments, attendance and participation, in the classes at UNIVA in Guadalajara, must be completed satisfactorily to ensure credit for the course. Note: Current enrollment in Intermediate Spanish (or a higher level) or the equivalent is a prerequisite for this course.
