is a Certified Neurology Clinical Specialist. Her areas of interest and teaching expertise are fall risk reduction and prevention for older adults, balance training, strengthening of patients with neurological dysfunction, restraint reduction for institutionalized elderly, and the impact of service-learning on student outcomes.

Douglas Haladay, PT, DPT, MHS, OCS, CSCS
is interested in epidemiology of low back pain, clinical effectiveness of treatments for low back pain, and instrumentation for motion analysis research. His areas of teaching expertise include kinesiology and biomechanics, orthopaedic and neurologic physical therapy, professional issues, and research/epidemiology.

Edmund M. Kosmahl, PT, EdD
is interested in foot-ankle biomechanics, functional problems of older persons, and physical therapy education. His areas of teaching expertise include kinesiology, imaging, diagnosis, orthopaedic physical therapy, therapeutic exercise, and therapeutic modalities (electrotherapy).

is a Certified Orthopedic Specialist and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. His areas of expertise and interests include orthopaedic physical therapy, sports medicine, therapeutic exercise, and isokinetic rehabilitation and testing.

Gary E. Mattingly, PhD, PT
has teaching expertise in the areas of anatomy, neuroscience, and pathology and his research interest is in the area of biomechanics of the shoulder. His experience as both a physical therapist and anatomist make him uniquely qualified to teach anatomy to PT students.
