Graduate Housing


New Graduate Students:
If you are a new graduate student or did not live in university owned housing last year,and would like on campus housing for next year, please click above for information regarding your housing options.

Returning Graduate Students:
If you are currently a graduate student living in on campus housing and would like to return to your current housing assignment or change to a different on campus assignment for next year, please click above.

5th Year Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy Students:
If you are a 5th year Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy student who would like on campus housing for next year, please click above.

All other 5th year students:
If you are a 5th year student or enrolled in any other program requiring a 5th year (other than PT or OT) you will participate in the housing lottery as an undergraduate. Please click above for information regarding your housing options.












New Graduate Students

Graduate students who are new to The University of Scranton have designated housing in The Herold Apartments and Elizabeth Ann Seton Apartments. These facilities offer a limited number of 2 bedroom apartments and several 3 person apartments and are available on a first come, first served basis. Typically, most graduate student assignments occur between June and August. Graduate students interested in on-campus housing should notify Residence Life as soon as possible by contacting Assistant Director of Residence Life Patrick Donohue.









Returning Graduate Students

Graduate students who are currently on campus and intend to return to campus next year need to participate in the Graduate Assignment Selection Process on March 16, 2005. In order to participate in this process you are required to pay a $200 housing deposit by February 14, 2005. As a returning graduate student you will be eligible to return to your current assignment or fill a vacancy elsewhere in The Herold or Elizabeth Ann Seton Apartments. Specific instructions will be posted here by late February.











Undergraduates transitioning to a Graduate Program

Current undergraduate students transitioning to a graduate program requiring a full year of on campus housing (Occupational Therapy), are provided designated housing in Elizabeth Ann Seton. Undergraduate students transitioning to a graduate program requiring only one semester of on campus housing (Physical Therapy), are provided designated housing in Leahy Hall. These students need to remember they are no longer considered undergraduate students and need to aquire housing through the Graduate Assignment Selection Process on March 16, 2005. In order to participate in this process you are required to pay a $200 housing deposit by February 14, 2005.
