Editing Entries


Deleting an Entry
  1. Click on the entry to select it.
  2. Press the Delete key and then the Delete button on the Delete Instances dialog box.
                                                           Or
  3. Right-click on the meeting and choose Delete Meeting from the short-cut menu.
Quick tips:
A user can only delete the entries they or there designate created and not entries created by someone else. However, a user can choose not to display declined entries in their agenda by choosing Tools | Options | Agenda, and then un-check the Display/Print option to remove Refused/Unconfirmed meetings.

Editing an Entry
  1. Double-click on the agenda entry that you want to edit.
  2. When the Edit entry dialog box opens select the appropriate tab (General, Details, Reminders, etc.) to make the necessary changes.
  3. Click on the OK button.
Quick tips:
The same rules for deleting an entry apply to editing an entry. Only the person who created the entry can modify the entry.


Replying to an Entry
  1. Double-click on an existing agenda entry, as if to edit or view it.
  2. Click on the last tab Reply.
  3. Select the appropriate attendance response and then click on the OK button .

Quick tips:
Your reply will be displayed with a corresponding response icon in the attendees' agendas. You can also respond in this manner in the In-Tray window. Double clicking on an entry will bring up the View or Edit entry dialog box from where you can access the Reply tab.


Sending E-Mail from Corporate Time
  1. Double-click on an existing entry.
  2. Click on the Reply tab.
  3. Click on the Mail Message icon.
  4. Review the distribution list; if required add or delete people from the group shown.
  5. Add to the message text or delete any of the text if required. Click on the button Send.

Controlling What Others See on Your Agenda
  1. To set preferences for the viewing rights of your calendar click on the menu Tools | Access Rights | Viewing.
  2. For each access level (normal, confidential, personal) choose the settings associated with that level. Click in the boxes provided.
Quitting the Program
  1. Click on the menu File | Exit.
