How to: Set and Add to a Print Area
- First open a worksheet that contains data and then click on the tab "Page Layout."
- Next, drag the mouse pointer from cell "A1" to cell "C7," for example.
- Click on the command buttons "Print Area" and then "Set Print."
- Next select another cell range "A12" to "B12."
- Click on the command buttons "Print Area" and then "Add to Print Area."
- To preview before printing click on the "Office Button," and then "Print," "Print Preview."

How to: Move or Copy a Worksheet to a New Workbook
- Open another worksheet that contains data.
- Right-click on the worksheet's tab, then select either Move or Copy from the menu.
- Click on the "To book" drop down list and choose (new book).
- To copy the worksheet to the new workbook click in the box "Create a copy" and then click on "OK."
- To move the worksheet to the new workbook just click the button "OK."
