Look at the ageing of the line items. What does this mean? To understand the values you will have to look at the worklist to see which accounts are on it.
Place your cursor in the box displaying :"KUNNRS"
Select the Choose Icon
Double click in the box displaying "FIN361"
Now you can see which accounts have been placed on this worklist. Why would you want to put a group of accounts on a worklist?

Analyze the report. Look at the values for customer 34989and compare them to the open and cleared items listing. Add up the overdue totals across the report. What does this mean.
Create another Session and look at all the line items for this customer, 34989. You should see the connection between the account display and the ageing display. Why do you think the ageing report is easier to analyze?
Scenario: Using customer 34XXX, sell 1 unit of material p-103. Have the customer make a mistake and pay $50 too much. Following the regular procedure for processing open items. Enter the difference in the Difference field and select Save. Now go back and look at the line items in the account and you will find a credit memo there for 50.
