INSTRUCTIONS FOR DOWNLOADING
LECTURE NOTES IN MSWORD FORMAT
  1. The file is compressed in ZIP format. You need a program such as WinZip to extract the files.
  2. Create a folder or directory on your hard drive for the files (I recommend giving this folder the name "Biomechanics Unit").
  3. Click on the "Lecture Notes Download" link.
  4. In the dialog box that opens, indicate "Save It To Disk".
  5. In the SAVE AS dialog box that opens, navigate to the folder you created in step one ("Biomechanics Unit"), accept the default file name, click the SAVE button.
  6. Navigate to the folder you created in step one ("Biomechanics Unit"), Double-Click on the file "dnld245.zip". This will open the Unzip dialog box. Click the UNZIP button and use the password given in class. All the files will be unzipped and placed in the folder. You may print the files if you like.
