LIFT CAPACITY ASSIGNMENT GUIDELINES
The purpose of this assignment is to allow the student to demonstrate
proficiency at lift capacity evaluation. Use the EPIC MODEL form and
BIOMECHANICAL LIFT FACTORS table to establish the safe lifting capacity for
your lab partner. Submit the completed EPIC MODEL form for grading. This
assignment is graded PASS/FAIL.
PASS (100 points)
- Correctly Completed EPIC MODEL form
FAIL (76 points)
- Incorrectly Completed EPIC MODEL form
- Incomplete EPIC MODEL form
FAIL (0 points)
- EPIC MODEL form not turned in
