BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL:

In light of increasingf technology in the field of Communication, a course is needed to teach students audi, video, and digital publishing formats they will encounter in their careers.  This course will also serve as a pre-requisite to the existing COMM 317 Multimedia Presentations thereby enabling COMM 317 to focus on its true purpose of presentation (i.e., how technology is used to complement the person, not to replace the person; COMM 317 focuses on tools a person might use to help him or her present a message.)
