All presenters and attendees (excluding workshop presenters) should complete the following registration form and submit the $10 registration fee ($16 if lunch is desired). Registration EXCLUDING lunch may be done anytime up to the day of the conference, although preregistration is encouraged. Registration INCLUDING lunch is only available to those who preregister by February 15 (this is done to ensure an accurate count for lunch in advance).
