All presenters and attendees (excluding keynote speaker and workshop presenters) should complete the following registration form and submit the $10 registration fee ($16 if lunch is desired). Registration EXCLUDING lunch may be done anytime up to the day of the conference, although preregistration is encouraged. Registration INCLUDING lunch is only available to those who preregister by April 17 (this is done to ensure an accurate advance count for lunch).
