Residential Network - RESNET

What to do when you arrive on campus in August:

1. Go to the Resnet table to pickup a ResNet Services guide for setup instructions and to purchase computer supplies.
2. Setup your computer in your room (or let us do it for you with the Parent's Helper purchased at the resNet table and skip the remaining steps).
3. Turn off Personal Firewalls and Connect your network cable to your computer and to the wall outlet.
4. Launch web browser and follow screen prompts to install Clean Access.
5. Login using your e-mail username and password. Follow screen prompts to install McAfee (Norton and all other anti-virus software must be removed before you install McAfee), update your virus definition files to fix any security vulnerabilities.
