The Help Desk can be reached by calling 941-HELP.  If your problem can't be resolved over the phone, we will have a Residential Consultant (ResCon) contact you to setup an appointment to come to your room.

Walk-In

The Help Desk is located on the first floor of Alumni Memorial Hall.  Hours of operation are Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 11:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 10:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 9:00pm, and Sunday Noon - 11:30pm.

Laptop Services are available Sunday through Thursday from 4:00pm to 10:00pm.  Students MUST remain with their laptop while service is being performed.  Please note that laptops cannot be left and picked up later.

Extended hours for Laptop Services will be posted at the start of the Fall Semester on the ResNet web site.

In-Room

Residential Consultants (ResCons) are available to help you get connected to the residential network and to assist you with spyware and virus related computer problems.

ResCons DO NOT SUPPORT hardware problems nor are they allowed to open your computer to install Ethernet network adapters - students should contact a computer vendor for hardware services.
