At The University of Scranton there is no charge for your ResNet connection once your computer has the necessary Ethernet adapter and meets the ResNet system requirements.

Parent's Helper Service:

Un-box and setup computer, connect all peripheral devices, install McAfee anti-virus software, install all Microsoft Critical Updates and Patches, download and install ResNet authentication/validation client, verification that computer connects to ResNet. This package does not include a network adapter or the installation of an adapter. Our staff is NOT allowed to open computer cases to install or fix network adapters.

Can You Purchase A Computer From The University?

NO, but The University has agreements with Dell to sell computers to Scranton students via the web.
