Campus Zones
Residence Halls are broken down into three campus zones for the purposes of ResNet support. Each zone includes a list of dorms/houses and four ResCons, including one Lead ResCon. If you contact the Help Desk with a ResNet problem, one of the REsCons within your zone will contact you to schedule a time to go to your room and help resolve your computer problem.
