As the Director of Desktop and Instructional Resources, I'm responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all computer support for Desktop operations as well as the services offered through Instructional Technologies. Desktop support includes the overall coordination, acquisition, support and integration of desktop tools throughout the University. Software installation and support, network connectivity, Local Area Network implementation & support are just a few. DIR also provides hardware services including configurations, testing and repair. Instructional Technologies include the support of classroom activities utilizing audio, visual and multimedia elements. Supporting the efforts of DIR, we have a team of individuals that have expertise in a variety of areas. All of us are here to serve the University Community.
