If awarded Federal Work Study you must complete an on-line application for work study.
The directions are as follows:

- Click onto UIS
- Login
- Enter User ID (Social Security Number)
- Enter Pin Number
- Click Login
- Click Student Services and Financial Aid
- Click on Financial Aid
- This will bring up the Application for work study
- Complete and Submit
The I-9 and W-4
All student applying for a Federal Work Study position are required to complete an I-9 and W-4 by the Federal government. Please bring to the financial aid office two proofs of identification. Which would be a photo ID (driver's license or Royal Card) and your birth certificate or social security card or a passport. (Please note, only originals, no copies)
