In order to complete your federal, state & local tax returns, please bring the following documents with you to the tax preparation site: |

r Valid picture ID. r All W2’s. + 1099’s r Social Security Numbers or ITIN for yourself and all
dependents (e.g. spouse, children - please r Completed W-7’s as appropriate. (Application for Tax
Identification Number for individuals r Last year’s return (optional, but very helpful). r Any records relating to income & expenses (e.g.

The EITC (Earned Income Tax Credit) is a special tax benefit for low/ moderate income wage earners who work full or part-time. Workers who meet the guidelines may be eligible for as much as $4,716 from the government, with the average benefit as
