How AIDS is transmitted


You can get AIDS from the following:
  • Anal Intercourse
  • Vaginal Intercourse
  • Oral Sex
  • Tattooing and Piercing
  • Breast Milk
  • Any activities that involve infected blood, genital secretions and breast milk come in contact with the vagina, anal area, mouth, eyes or with a break in the skin

You generally can't get AIDS from the following:
  • Kissing (unless both partners have open sores in mouth)
  • Sweat, tears and saliva
  • Fingering
  • Sex Toys
  • Casual Contact
  • Mosquito Bites
  • Sneezing and Coughing
  • Urine
  • Toilet Seats
