- Previous year’s report card and Terra Nova standardized test scores will be collected from student fills
- Previous year’s school class picture will have each student’s face (including hair) cropped out
- Teachers were asked to rate student pictures on
- Attractiveness
- Physical similarity of the student to teacher
- Student general similarity to teacher
- Socioeconomic status
- Independent Rater
- Will look at student pictures and rate
- Attractiveness
- Student achievement
- Will look teacher picture and rate attractiveness
- Will look at student and teacher picture and will rate student-teacher similarity
